point of view about the story

Finally we finished the story. I like the story because this is first time i was reading about two brothers. The most interesting part is when Lyman wanted to bring Henry back to normal. I was wondering that even though they were step brothers , still they had alot of love for each other. However i don't like ending part which was sad and unexpecting. What do you think about the story?

    I agree that the ending was unexpected. I know I might be weird, but I've always enjoyed unhappy endings (in literature, not in life), so I like the ending. I also found the parts about Lyman's concern for and frustration about his brother interesting.
